Quilting Possibilities Events
American Patchwork & Quilting Magazine has challenged the quilting community to make and donate ONE MILLION pillowcases for charity. QP is taking on the challenge and has set a goal of 1,000 pillowcases for our part! Join us for our first pillowcase sewing day. On January 30th, our goal is 200 to get us started & we'll have sewing days throughout the year till we meet our goal.
Can't sew? Come iron! We need volunteers to sew, iron & cut. Can't make it that day? - donate 100% cotton fabric, age appropriate for 2 to 17 year olds or a box of quart sized zippered baggies.
Our pillowcases will be donated to the Monmouth Medical Oncology unit & the Jersey Shore Children's Hospital. Please help all you can.

MAKE IT TAKE IT EXPLORATIONS!
Learn about the machines, test machines, get your questions answered - make an informed machine purchase decision! QP will host three explorations this summer - one for quilting, one for embroidery and one for serging. Special prices will be available to attendees. Call the shop to register. COLOR SALE! Our annual summer color sale starts June 29th with weekly specials. Tues-Sun, each week specific fabrics are on sale. The specific fabric is on sale 20% off. Minimum cut is one half yard. Fabrics must be a majority of the sale color to be on sale. Fabrics can only be on sale one week during the summer - for example a red batik is on sale during batik week Aug 10th to 15th not during red week and a red Christmas fabric is only on sale during Christmas week. We reserve the right to determine what fabrics belong to what sale week.

Kaye England is coming back! Kaye will be at QP for two days in September of 2011. Stay tuned for more details when Kaye and I decide just what she's going to do!
Workshop Policies
We strive to be fair to everyone. These policies are in effect for workshops with national teachers.
You may register for one workshop for each teacher on the first day of registration. If you wish to take both days, we will hold your credit card until the end of the first day of registration &, if there spaces left in the second day, we will register you & notify you.
You may register for workshops in person or by phone (609-242-0033) or fax (609-242-0080) with a credit card. If you mail a check, you will not be considered registered until we have the check, we can not hold your space until your check arrives. Registration for classes requires payment in full. For national teachers we have a no refund policy unless we can fill your space - then you will be issued a refund in the form of a store credit. If QPs cancels a workshop for any reason, you will be issued a full refund. Workshop supply lists will be available to pick up in the store or by mail one month before the workshop. Workshop fees include the workshop & lunch if stated - supplies are not included.
